Deleting your data
Applies to Etchra accounts and to Instagram connections
If you connected your Instagram account to Etchra, we hold a login token and copies of the photo posts we synced into your portfolio. To remove them: sign in, open Settings → Website, and choose Disconnect and remove synced photos. The token is discarded immediately and the copied photos are deleted from our storage. You can also remove Etchra from Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; then email us and we will delete the copies.
Your Etchra account
Email hello@etchra.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We remove the account and its data within thirty days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Clients of an artist
Ask the studio you booked with to delete your request, or email us with the studio’s name and the email you used, and we will help.
