What Etchra is

Etchra is booking software for tattoo artists and studios. It is a product of Elefox Studio LLC, a Florida company; in these terms, “we” and “us” mean Elefox Studio LLC. You use Etchra to take requests, send quotes, schedule appointments, and record deposits. We provide the software; you provide the tattoos.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and legally able to run your business. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members do inside your studio.

Payments between you and your clients

Deposits and session payments are between you and your client. Etchra records them; it does not hold, transfer, or guarantee them. When card payments are available, they run on your own payment account, and that provider’s terms apply. We never take a percentage of your deposits or charge your clients a fee.

Your license

Plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The free trial needs no card. If a payment fails, we keep everything running for a short grace period and then close your public booking link until it is sorted out. Your data stays.

Your content and your clients’ data

Everything you and your clients put into Etchra belongs to you. We use it only to run the service for you. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete your account. You are responsible for handling your clients’ information lawfully, including any health details they share on a request.

What we ask of you

Don’t use Etchra to send spam, impersonate anyone, or take payments for anything illegal. Don’t try to break it or get into other studios’ accounts.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Etchra up, and we will tell you when something goes wrong. Software has bugs; we are not liable for lost bookings, lost deposits, or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email the account owner before it takes effect.
