Etchra is a product of Elefox Studio LLC. When this policy says “we,” it means Elefox Studio LLC.

What we collect

From artists: your name, email, studio details, and the settings you enter. From clients who send a request: the details they type into the form, including contact information, date of birth, reference images, and any health notes they choose to share so the artist can work safely.

What we do with it

We use it to run the booking: show requests to the artist, send the emails both sides expect (new request, quote, times, confirmation, reminders), and keep the appointment record. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to market other things to clients.

Who else sees it

The artist or studio a client booked with. The services that run Etchra: hosting and database (Railway), email delivery (Resend), and, for license payments, Stripe. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as the studio’s account exists. Artists can delete clients and requests themselves. When an account is deleted, its data is removed within thirty days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

Clients can ask the studio they booked with to correct or delete their information, or email us and we will help. We use a session cookie to keep artists signed in and no tracking cookies on the public pages.
